There are a number of different services we can offer from full management at a cost of 15% plus VAT of the monthly rental to tenant
introduction only at a one-off cost of 50% of the first months rent plus VAT.
Any new landlords instructing us to be managing agents will receive the first six months at a reduced rate of 7.5% plus VAT of the monthly rent.
